Friendly staff, No charge for breakfast for my son.

Room was tired, aircon was very noisy.

Located on Zeer Rangsit mall, easy to grab the meal.Have EV Charger in Parking lot with DC and AC port.Large pool.Convinence location .Good breakfast.

Room quiet old, wallpaper ripped apart.Broken pipe.Light in room is very dark.Walkway is dusty.

Room was ok, staff helpful and considerate. City view amazing. Useful places to eat and shopping facilities below hotel. Pool was amazing and not busy.

Parking entrance a little confusing especially when busy.

City views, nice restaurant, shopping area near by and restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

My room had roaches no matter how many times they sprayed the room and put traps. I always found 1 or 2 running around.

its a ideal location as close to the old airport , a good shopping center under the hotel, food market outside

the hotel is a little tired but they are doing some work on the upper floors. its an old fashion style so it is what it is

Front staff was the best. Breakfast was good. Me being vegetarian, staff and cheff made extra efforts to make special vegetarian dish for me.Thanks to all.

Kitchen closes too soon in the night.

We book 1 king, we got 2 single beds. Check in took very long. Mosquito bit in lobby. Staff couldn't find my booking even I showed my booking number to him. Not polite

Reception staff didn’t speak very good English.No bar!If you didn’t want Chinese style breakfast, only had eggs or toast.

Would like to know how is 5 star Hotel in Booking? We even was told we had the best rooms in the hotel. We stay in executive suite, would not like to see a “standard room” if our was the best. Corrosion and rust in bath and toilets, open electric wires hanging down beside the shower, stained furniture , room wasn’t clean properly, hair on the sink etc. Breakfast buffet was really poorly and not worth the money.Old and won’t out hotel really is a shame, because it was a classic good hotel in a great area.

Proximity to airport for early morning flight, we visiting the grocery store in the ground level of the shopping mall and the night market for dinner the night that we stayed there

Room and cleanliness was sufficient for our one night stay and still an OK value. Room was a bit dated and could have been cleaned better. I accidently moved a cushion on one of the chairs and there were a lot of crumbs/dust/etc.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Everything is old, poorly maintained, average cleanliness. AC units were the oldest and most rundown I have ever seen (I got a bacteria infection caused by the poor condition of the AC unit). Wallpaper coming off the walls everywhere in the rooms and hallways. Sprinkler heads are so old and rusted, its unlikely they would work at all if there is a fire. All the carpets, in rooms and hallways are at least 30 years passed their end of life. Their are stains everywhere. No hot water in any of the rooms, we had to take cold showers for the duration of the stay. This is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry. This hotel is unsafe and disgusting. It should be delisted from all platforms. Stay away at all cost, you are better off sleeping outside on the sidewalk or stay home.
